Some enjoyable moments

My foreskin does not retract back. It can come back only a few millimeters, showing the tip when I am erect. Pushing any millimeter beyond it causes me pain. When I am not erect, I am able to push the foreskin beyond the head and I can see the pink glans. I tried pushing my foreskin only. If I get erect after pushing the foreskin, it hurts a lot. Also, the penis head is too sensitive. I was not able to even lie down in the bed and could come back to normal only after the erection subsided and the foreskin could somehow be rolled over. Wikipedia says that this situation could be phimosis.  A lot of the online material seems to talk about circumcised penises. So, my main question, why I started this thread is: I was wondering if anyone is able to have sex without the foreskin being retracted? Must the foreskin roll beyond the penis head to have sex?
