I get that it’s a totally natural bodily function, but I can’t help but wonder if there are any health implications when it comes to releasing a large amount of semen. What does it even mean for my body, and are there any steps I should take to make sure I’m properly replenished after such a release?
A friend mentioned that if you’re producing less than a third of a teaspoon, that could hint at some underlying health issues. So, naturally, I started to think about my own situation. Is my ejaculation amount normal, especially since I do it about three times a week? I’d really appreciate any advice or insights on this.
