One of my favorite things to do on a lazy Sunday morning is to eat a croissant. There’s something about the flaky, buttery pastry that makes me feel happy and relaxed.

I’ve been thinking about grilled sweet bananas lately. They’re such a popular street food in so many tropical countries. The way they make them is pretty simple but oh-so-delicious. They skewer ripe bananas on bamboo sticks and grill them over charcoal until they’re all soft and caramelized. Sometimes, the vendors sprinkle sugar, coconut flakes, or even drizzle condensed milk on top for that extra sweetness. Honestly, grilled sweet bananas are the perfect snack, and you can enjoy them any time of the day! I can’t wait to find some and indulge!
